Tournament Notes:
  • Players please make sure to bring all necessary baseball equipment along with both turf/tennis shoes, cleats and molded cleats if you have them. Many of the fields we are playing on are artificial turf surfaces and do not allow metal spikes on them.
  • Make sure to bring both wood and metal bats as we will decide at the field(s) what we will swing each day.
  • If you don’t have a certain uniform email us your size and we can bring a loaner-set or if you would like to purchase directly from us.
  • If you are listed and will not be available or not available certain day(s) we need to know today so we can plan accordingly.
  • Sunday is the championship if either group qualifies.

Schedules
There is always some confusion on this when we list the schedules as two separate teams so to avoid any confusion we’ll change it up. We run the grad classes as one fluid roster. The rosters for a weekend will change based on player availability and performance from week to week. There are certain events that are “invite only”. We try to get those invites out at least a month in advance to allow families to plan. There will always be cases where guys play well leading up to an event and we want to add them late. We can always get players chaperones if that creates a burden financially or schedule wise on the family.
Schedule Notes
  • Father’s Day is June 15 so we are looking to go Friday-Saturday that week and give Father’s Day off.
  • We were considering doing a team camp in SoCal June 13-15, but given the reason above and also it is now an NCAA dead period (which just changed last week) we are going to stay local.
  • 4th of July weekend falls right in the middle of the schedule. I’m ok with giving that off if that’s what people want. We won’t do anything crazy that weekend if people are around and want to play.

Availability Survey

The link to the availability survey is here – 2026 Grads Summer Availability Survey

The instructions are on the survey and should be pretty self explanatory, but please reach out to me if there are any questions.

There is a section for notes so if you need to freehand write anything, please do it in the survey rather than via email. It’ll get lost haha.

Uniform Package

We will continue to use the same uniforms from the past season (navy pinstripes, navy pro team top and grey pro team tops) so returning players only need to order any items they have outgrown or lostFamily members please feel free to order any fan attire. New joining players below is the link and code to set up your team store account. Attached is what new players need to order for the upcoming summer season. We also recommend ordering wood bats as they are primarily what we use during the summer season.

Travel

For out of town events, we will set up discounted hotel options for families/players. Players and families are not required to stay in the team hotel but we want to make sure we set up an option for those who would like to utilize it. As we finalize contracts for the discounted room rates we will send out to everyone.

EXTRA HACKS

For players looking to get additional swings in, Kevin and Sean will be continuing to run Extra Hacks through the summer. There will be an option to hit every day, Monday through Thursday. Details on that program and dates can be found here – https://eh-baseball.com/in-season-program
