Erick is currently the Head Baseball Coach at De Anza Community College. Prior to being appointed Head Coach at De Anza, Erick was the Head Coach at Palo Atlto High School and an Assistant Coach at perennial powerhouse West Valley College in Saratoga. While at West Valley College, Erick was the Outfield / Hitting / 1st Base Coach and had the opportunity to work under Hall of Fame Coach Mike Perez. During his coaching tenure at WVC, Erick had a vision of taking the best young talent to compete at a national level, all while providing instruction and training these players at the highest level possible. This vision became California Club Baseball, one of the top amateur baseball programs in the country.

Sean is currently the Head Baseball Coach at Saratoga High School, and has been coaching numerous CCB teams and clinics since 2013. Sean believes that baseball should be fun, but only when played with class and a competitive edge. He is not concerned with personal accolades, but rather seeing each player develop individually, maximizing their own potential and creating a lifelong baseball fan.

Brian bring a wealth of knowledge to the CCB Program along with numerous years of experience coaching in the travel ball circuit. Brian got his start coaching in the Los Gatos PONY League system and moved up to coaching at Los Gatos High School. During his time at Los Gatos High School, Brian's talents were noticed by Norcal Baseball who brought him on board to coach their 15u and 16u teams. Brian has coached numerous MLB, Professional Players, Collegiate Players and is know as the best coach at developing young players. Head Director, Erick Raich has said "I have been waiting a long time for Coach Brian Market to come aboard with the CCB Program and now that he is part of the program I can see why he is so highly sought after." In June of 2018, Brian was hired as the Player Development Coordinator for CCB and his responsibilities will be to help the CCB players continue to progress throughout their time in the program. Along with that, Brian will lead many of the National Program Teams.
Frank is currently our COLT Program Director and has won an unprecedented Four COLT World Series Championships. Frank played his prep baseball here in the South Bay at Wilcox High School where he starred on the baseball diamond and football field. After a great career at Wilcox High School, Frank moved onto Mission College where he played Middle Infield for legendary coach Sam Piraro. As a coach, Frank brings great enthusiasm and has a great passion for working with players. He is a devoted coach and does a tremendous job recruiting for our program.

Coach Worden brought himself out of retirement in 2010 to become the CCB Collegiate Team Head Director. With a great coaching background, and many of championships won as a coach, John brings great passion for the game of baseball along with keeping things loose. In 2017, John finished off a tremendous season leading the CCB Legends to their first ever Palomino World Series Title. Prior to taking over as our Collegiate Team Head Director, Coach Worden helped lead Saratoga High School to its 1st CCS Title ever in 1999 as the associate head coach. In addition to that championship, John brought home the first ever Palomino Regional Championship to Saratoga while coming one game away from bringing them to the World Series. In addition to his time at Saratoga High School, John was the Manager for the San Jose Tigers and brought home a National Championship to San Jose in 2006.
Kris is currently the Head Assistant Coach for De Anza Community College. In 2010 his pitching staff at Willow Glen HS led the CCS in ERA, Strikeouts and Total Consecutive Wins (27). Prior to Willow Glen, Kris was the Head Assistant Coach at Prospect High School in Saratoga where he was in charge of handling everyday practices and running the team. Kris is an alumnus of Prospect High School where he played baseball. While a student/athlete at Prospect Kris played pitcher and catcher and was an All BVAL Selection in 1999 and 2000. From Prospect, Kris moved his playing career onto West Valley College where he was the closer and helped them to a Coast Conference Championship in 2001. His ability to relate to players and push them to their highest level makes Kris a phenomenal coach. CCB’s success is a direct result of Coach Hesenflow’s dedication and hard work.

Boomer is one of the best in the business at developing baseball players and has helped develop many of the top players here in the Bay Area. He is a tremendous coach in all aspects of the game with tremendous expertise in coaching Catchers, Pitchers and Hitters. Boomer attended Santa Teresa High School where he caught for 3 years under Head Coach Steve Beaulieu and was an All League performer there. After Santa Teresa, he moved onto play at West Valley College as a catcher and was part of a Coast Conference Championship in 2006.

Nick is an alumni of the CCB Program and has come back to spread his knowledge with our up and coming players. Prior to his coaching career Nick was a standout Infielder/Pitcher at Branham High School in San Jose. During his time at Branham, Nick was a four year Varsity Player and was named to the BVAL All League Team in his Junior and Senior Season. In addition to being an All League performer, Nick was honored as the Junior of the Year for his league in 2009. After a great career at Branham High School, Nick moved onto play at San Jose State University before transferring to Cabrillo College for his Sophomore Season for Coach Bob Kittle. After a strong season at Cabrillo College, Nick earned a scholarship to play for Coach Troy Buckley at Long Beach State as a pitcher.

Coach Turkington join the CCB Program and brings a great baseball background to the program. Currently, Coach Turkington is coaching at Bellarmine College Prep and prior to Bellarmine he was the pithing coach at Valley Christian High School. Before Valley Christian, Coach Turkington was the head baseball coach at St Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco and prior to his stint at St Ignatius he was assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of San Francisco and Saint Mary's College.

TJ Conroy will be joining the CCB coaching staff for the 2019 summer season. TJ played at Westmont High School where he was an infielder and good offense player. From Westmont, TJ moved onto play at De Anza College where he started both his freshman and sophomore years at shortstop and was named to the All Coast Conference 2nd Team his sophomore year. After De Anza, TJ received a scholarship to play at Austin Peay State for his junior year. With a coaching change at Austin Peay State, TJ decided to come back home to finish out his career at San Francisco State to finish up a solid playing career. We are excited to have TJ part of the CCB coaching staff and look forward to seeing him help our players progress in their career.

Kevin was born and raised in San Jose, CA and and played at Harker High School where he graduated in 2013. After Harker, Kevin moved on to play at West Valley College and received his AA Degree in communications. After West Valley College, Kevin received a scholarship to play at Culver-Stockton College in Missouri where he hit .311 with 73 RBI's and 8 tripes with is 5th in CSC history. After a great playing career at Culver-Stockton, Kevin was brought on as an assistant coach to his alma mater and received his bachelors degree in communications. In 2017, Kevin attended Southern New Hampshire University where he received a master degree in communications and graduated in 2019. We are excited to have Kevin part of our coaching staff and look forward to seeing him continue to develop as a great young coach.

Kevin is a local product and former CCB Alum that was a player on the very first CCB Team in 2006. As a player, Kevin had a great career and was extremely versatile playing infield, outfield and pitching. Kevin played at Pioneer High School and was a three year letter winner and all leaguer performer. After Kevin graduated from Pioneer High School, he moved on to play at Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA where he started for two years in the outfield and was an all conference performer. After receiving his AA Degree at from Cabrillo College, Kevin received a scholarship to play at Villanova University where he received his bachelors degree. We are extremely happy to have Kevin back with CCB and giving back to the program where he started.

Steve graduated from San Rafael High in 2006 and was drafted to the Houston Astros in the 40th round that same year. Instead fo signing professional, Steve received a scholarship to play baseball at Fresno State. During his four years at Fresno State they won four Western Athletic Conference titles and in 2008 won the College World Series. Steve played a major role in the College World Series going 4-4 with 2 Home runs, a double and scoring all 6 RBI's in the deciding final game 3. He finished his career playing in the independent leagues for four season. After his great playing career, Steve came back to his alma mater high school San Rafael to coach where he was an assistant coach for five years and the head coach the past three years. CCB is thrilled to have Steve part of the coaching staff and his vast baseball experience.

Cam graduated from Roseville High School in 2005. After high school his playing career at Roseville High School, Cameron moved onto play baseball at Sierra JC where, in 2008, was an All American, big 8 conference pitcher of the year and helped lead his team to the JCs first ever state championship. After a tremendous career at Sierra College, Cameron received a scholarship to play baseball at Sonoma State University where he was a starting pitcher and finished his college career at Lubbock Christian University and helped lead his team to the NAIA College World Series Championship game. After his playing career Cameron has been a baseball instructor in the Marin County area since 2012 and has helped numerous young athletes progress as players. We are excited to have Cameron as an addition to our coaching staff and we look forward to his vast baseball expertise.

Rick has plenty of playing and coaching experience, having coached at Santa Clara University, San Jose City College, West Valley College, and Saratoga High School. Rick's playing career started at Willow Glen High School in San Jose. Following his high School years, he then went on to play his college baseball at San Jose City College under legendary coach John Oldham and Fresno State University. After his College career, Rick signed a Professional contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers and spent 5 years in Professional baseball. He has coached over 40 players who have gone on to play professional baseball, including Dave Righetti, Dave Steib, Scott Erickson, and Mike McFarland. Rick is one of the top pitching coaches in the nation. As such he is a very meticulous and detail-oriented coach and will bring those qualities to work with all players in our program. We are fortunate to have a coach with a much knowledge and background as Rick.
